RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return Please contact us at info@everydayathleteco.org before sending any items back. We'll review your request and provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions, including the appropriate return address.
Eligible Returns
- Defective or damaged items (we'll cover return shipping)
- Wrong item received (we'll cover return shipping)
- Size exchanges (customer pays return shipping)
- Unwanted items in original condition (customer pays return shipping)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, washed, or without original tags
- Custom or personalized products
- Items returned without prior authorization
Return Shipping For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges For size or color exchanges, please contact us and we'll help facilitate the exchange process.
