1st Time Assessment

Your first session with us. We'll evaluate your injury and problematic area, conduct different movement assessments, discuss your goals, and build a personalized plan to get you where you want to be. This is the starting point for every new client.

50 Minute Session

A full one-on-one training session focused on your individual program. This is where therapeutic modalities, stretching, and strengthening exercises are used based on what you need. Whether you're recovering from injury, improving range of motion, or working on sport-specific performance, this session is tailored to your needs. 

Recovery Session (45 Minutes)

A dedicated recovery session designed to help your body bounce back. We'll guide you through stretching, mobility work, and recovery techniques to keep you performing at your best.
